Tracey Riegel Koch is a chef, cooking instructor and food columnist. She lives in Baton Rouge, Louisiana with her husband and two marvelous children. Tracey loves teaching kids how to cook and eat . . . especially the picky ones.
Lauren Hawthorne holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Art History from LSU, where she also studied painting and drawing. She calls Baton Rouge home, and is married with three wonderful children.
